Cancellation Policy At Jessthetics & Co., every appointment is reserved specifically for you. To provide the best experience for all clients and respect the time set aside for each service, the following cancellation policy applies: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. * Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. * Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to safely complete the service. Late arrivals may also be subject to the cancellation fee. For spray tanning appointments, please arrive prepared according to the pre-care instructions. If an appointment cannot be completed due to failure to follow required preparation, it may be treated as a same-day cancellation. Life happens, and I understand that emergencies can arise. If an unexpected situation occurs, please reach out as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Jessthetics & Co.
